Nubin (neck) is active Week 7 against the Texans, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
After missing Week 6, Nubin will retake the field against Houston following a week of limited practices. Presumably in line to start, Nubin has recorded three or more combined tackles in each of the four games he has appeared in this year.
