The Giants have released Wilson from their practice squad, Paul Schwartz of the New York Post reports.
Wilson, a 2020 first-round pick, apparently never made a positive impression with the Giants after they added him to their practice squad in September. The turbulent start to his NFL career continues, and he will now prepare to look for a new opportunity.
