The Giants waived Anderson (calf) with an injury settlement Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Less than a week after being moved to the injured reserve list, Anderson is now set to become a free agent unless he is claimed by another team during the current waiver period. The 2021 seventh-rounder played in 12 games with the Giants in 2022, but he'll now have to seek an opportunity with a different team.
