Cisco (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the 49ers.
Cisco was able to log a limited practice session Friday, but he's still in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive game with a hamstring issue. If the 23-year-old safety is forced to miss Sunday's contest, Daniel Thomas (hamstring) and Andrew Wingard will likely see an uptick in snaps in Jacksonville's secondary.
