Reid (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans.
The 28-year-old was promoted from the practice squad Oct. 12 and played a minor defensive role in two of his first three games on the active roster, but he's now a healthy scratch for the second time. Doug Costin will be the primary reserve at defensive tackle behind starters DaVon Hamilton and Taven Bryan.
