Hamilton (back) will be inactive for Thursday's matchup with the Saints.
Hamilton, who has been designated to return from IR, was a full participant at practice all week, but he'll be held out for at least one more contest as he works his way back from a back injury. The defensive tackle will now shift his focus to being ready for Jacksonville's Week 8 contest with Pittsburgh on Oct. 29.
