Davis secured one of two targets for 20 yards in the Jaguars' 26-13 preseason win over the Chiefs on Saturday night.
Davis recorded his one reception on the opening play of the Jaguars' second possession, and he saw a second target later in the drive that was confirmed incomplete on a replay challenge. Davis is slated to open the season as the Jaguars' No. 2 receiver, but he'll presumably have to hold off what could be a progressively aggressive challenge from rookie first-round pick Brian Thomas, who impressed with a 41-yard catch of his own Saturday.
