Hines-Allen is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Texans, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.
Hines-Allen will have to pass the league's five-step concussion protocols in order to return Sunday. Hines-Allen and Travon Walker are the only active defensive ends on the Jaguars' roster.
