Hines-Allen suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Texans. His ability to get back on the field in any capacity Thursday suggests he's progressing through the league's five-step protocols quickly. However, there's no guarantee he'll gain clearance to play ahead of this Sunday's game against the Colts.
