Farrell secured both targets for 17 yards during Sunday's 37-34 win over Indianapolis.
The 26-year-old once again served as Jacksonville's secondary tight end behind Brenton Strange as starter Evan Engram (hamstring) missed a fourth straight game. Farrell hasn't been fantasy-relevant even with Engram sidelined and has five receptions for 31 yards through five games this season.
