Quarterman (knee) was activated off injured reserve Saturday.

The 23-year-old landed on injured reserve in early November with the knee injury, and he's back after spending a month on the shelf. Quarterman should fill a reserve role in Jacksonville's linebacking corps, though he exclusively played special teams prior to the injury.
