Herndon (concussion) has been ruled out for Jacksonville's matchup with the Browns on Sunday.
Herndon entered concussion protocol following the team's overtime loss to the Bengals on Monday, and he will now be unable to play in Week 14 against Cleveland. In his absence, Montaric Brown and Gregory Junior will likely see an increased workload in the Jaguars' secondary.
