Fromm was one of 15 players signed to the Bills' practice squad Wednesday, Mark Gaughan of The Buffalo News reports.

After Fromm was waived Tuesday, it was a mild surprise he wasn't scooped up by another team, given some of the promise he's started to show at such an important position. He'll end up sticking with the Bills, the team that drafted him in the sixth round of the 2020 draft. Fellow quarterback Davis Webb was also signed to the practice squad, so it's not yet clear which player the Bills consider their No. 3 option behind Josh Allen and Mitchell Trubisky.
