Luton cleared waivers Thursday and signed with the Seahawks' practice squad, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Luton started three games for the Jaguars last season and completed 55 percent of his passes for 624 yards (5.7 YPA), two touchdowns and six interceptions. The 2020 sixth-round pick has a big arm and will look to fine-tune his skills while on the same practice field as Russell Wilson.
