Luton was waived by the Jaguars on Monday.

Luton appeared in each of Jacksonville's first two preseason games, completing 22 of 38 passes for 186 yards and one interception. The 2020 sixth-round pick was expected to compete for the top backup spot behind Trevor Lawrence, but he's been let go during the first wave of cuts ahead of Tuesday's 85-man roster deadline.
