Brooks (knee) was placed on the Cowboys' practice squad injured list Wednesday.
The 2023 seventh-round pick from South Carolina will now miss at least the Cowboys' next four contests, with his earliest possible return coming in the Week 13 matchup against the Chiefs. Brooks was elevated to Dallas' active roster for the Week 5 win over the Jets, and played 21 total snaps (four on offense, 17 on special teams) but failed to record a stat.
