Dalton (triceps) was waived by the Saints on Tuesday, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
Dalton has spent the last two seasons plagued by a triceps injury that went from a partial tear to a full tear, ultimately requiring surgery. The 24-year-old joined the Saints after going undrafted out of North Carolina but has yet to get a chance to compete for a roster spot.
