The Dolphins waived Perry on Wednesday.
The Dolphins claimed Elijah Campbell off waivers from the Jets and subsequently waived Perry. The 26-year-old appeared in 27 contests during his two seasons with the Dolphins, recording 84 tackles and one interception.
