Blackman was waived by the Dolphins on Monday.
Blackman signed with Miami as an undrafted free agent in May, but the former Arkansas State quarterback won't be with the team when the Dolphins begin preseason play Friday against the Falcons. After this move, Miami's depth chart under center consists of Tua Tagovailoa, Mike White and Skylar Thompson.
