The Ravens waived Johnson on Sunday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Johnson suffered a thumb injury in the Ravens' preseason game against the Vikings on Aug. 22. The linebacker was not waived with any injury designation, meaning Johnson has fully recovered from his injury and is all set to sign with another franchise if he clears waivers.
