Wilson was waived by the 49ers on Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Wilson played 21 special-teams snaps during the 49ers' wild-card win over the Cowboys, but he didn't see the field in the divisional round. His absence shouldn't affect San Francisco's plans for the NFC Championship Game.
