The Packers waived Howard (undisclosed) from injured reserve Thursday with an injury settlement, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Howard joined the Packers in May as an undrafted free agent. The Alcorn State product entered training camp competing for a depth spot at running back, but he was waived Aug. 20 with an undisclosed injury designation and reverted to the Packers' injured reserve the next day. Once he's fully healthy, Howard will look to catch on with another team, likely on the practice squad.
