Howard (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve with a failure to disclose physical condition designation Saturday, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News reports.
Howard was waived from injured reserve Wednesday but cleared waivers and reverted back to injured reserve. He's a free agent once again, and it's unclear when his next opportunity in the league may come.
