Moore has reverted back to the Chargers' practice squad, per the NFL's transaction log.
Moore was promoted to the team's active roster prior to Sunday's game versus the Giants to provide depth at receiver. He ended up seeing eight offensive snaps, as well as eight on special teams. However, he did not record any statistics.
