The Eagles have waived Blue.
In addition to Blue being let go Tuesday, the Eagles waived Carson Steele (undisclosed) with an injury designation, while Elijah Mitchell was signed to the team's practice squad. For now, Saquon Barkley (hamstring) and Dameon Pierce are the only two running backs on Philadelphia's active roster.
