Samuels reverted to the Texans' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction report.
Samuels saw one snap on offense and six snaps on special teams during Sunday's 41-29 win over the Chargers. He technically registered one kick return on a pooch kick by Los Angeles kicker Dustin Hopkins, but Samuels opted to give himself up after catching the kick.
