Colbert (concussion) is out Sunday against the Falcons, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Colbert won't travel with the team to London after suffering a concussion in the middle of the Jets' Week 4 matchup against Tennessee. He has been a key part of the team's secondary to this point, logging over a 50 percent snap rate in two of the three games in which he's been fully healthy. Colbert has logged 16 total tackles through four contests.
