The Jets signed Colbert to their active roster Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Colbert has been elevated from the practice squad before each game this season and has registered eight total tackles. The Jets will keep him permanently on their active roster as they are currently dealing with a litany of injuries to their secondary.
