Surratt (heel) is active for Thursday night's game against the Texans.
Surratt was a limited practice participant Tuesday and Wednesday, and while he is unlikely to be fully healed from his heel injury, he will suit up for Thursday's contest. Surratt could start at middle linebacker due to C.J. Mosley (neck) being inactive.
