Surratt (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Bills, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
The third-year linebacker out of North Carolina is in line to miss his third consecutive game as he continues to recover from an ankle issue. Surratt has played almost strictly on special teams for the Jets thus far, tallying three total tackles on the year.
