Cook rushed once for four yards and caught his lone target for six yards in Sunday's 30-0 loss to the Dolphins.
Cook handled just two touches compared to six for rookie Israel Abanikanda. The Jets have been eliminated from playoff contention after dropping to 5-9, so Cook may continue to be phased out down the stretch to allow more opportunities for Abanikanda behind lead back Breece Hall.
