Bailey was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, which is a step up from last week's three DNPs. The 23-year-old missed Week 8 with a groin injury suffered in Week 7 against Miami. Should the rookie continue to progress well throughout the week, he could have a shot at returning for Week 9.
