Wilson (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game versus the Colts, Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York reports.
Wilson remains in concussion protocol and didn't practice all week. He's served in a rotational role through the first two games of the season, and he'll need a quick recovery with a Thursday game in Week 4 on the horizon.
