Stiggers (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Stiggers suffered a concussion during a joint practice on Aug. 11. The cornerback has since recovered from the injury and has been cleared by an independent neurologist. Stiggers is all set to suit up for Sunday's regular-season opener against the Titans.
