Adams reverted to the reserve/non-football illness list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Adams was waived by the Jets with a non-football illness designation Monday but will remain with the organization after going unclaimed on waivers. It's not yet clear when the 27-year-old will return to the field.
