Sweat (knee) is week-to-week and is unlikely to suit up for Sunday's game against the Raiders, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reported Wednesday.
Sweat did not participate in Wednesday's practice as he continues to deal with the knee injury he sustained in the Jets' Week 7 loss to the Dolphins. The defensive tackle will likely miss Week 8 against the Raiders and could miss even longer due to the new injury.
