The Jets signed Cajuste on Tuesday, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
Cajuste was cut by the Patriots in mid-May and has latched on with his former club's AFC East rival. The 2019 third-round pick played in 10 games last year, making three starts at right tackle, but he's made just 17 total appearances across his first four NFL campaigns.
