Williams was signed to the Rams' practice squad Tuesday, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Williams was with the Rams earlier this season but was waived in early November. He was claimed by Minnesota but then failed a physical and will now land back on the Rams' practice squad. In eight games this season with Los Angeles, Williams recorded five tackles in eight games.
