Rosen was waived by the Browns on Tuesday, Josina Anderson of CBS Sports reports.
Rosen will look for a new organization after failing to make the Browns' final roster. The quarterback played in four games with the Falcons last season, passing for 19 yards while throwing two interceptions. Whichever team he ends up on will be his seventh since being drafted in 2018.
