Woods signed with the Falcons' practice squad Tuesday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
Woods worked out for Atlanta on Friday and was able to turn the workout into an opportunity with the team. The veteran linebacker has played five NFL seasons, spending time with the Bears, Lions and the Cardinals since entering the league in 2019. Last season in 11 contests for Arizona, he recorded 61 total tackles, 0.5 sacks and forced a fumble.
