Martin was waived by the Packers on Monday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Martin was expected to lock down a reserve role among Green Bay's linebackers, but the 2020 fifth-round pick was instead cut as the team trimmed its roster to 80 players. He had 24 tackles and one sack in 10 games as a rookie last season.
