The Commanders waived Harmon on Tuesday.
Harmon signed a reserve/future contract with Washington at the conclusion of last season, but he'll likely have to settle for another practice squad gig in 2022. The 2019 sixth-round pick hasn't logged a regular-season snap since his rookie campaign in 2019, when he caught 30 passes for 365 yards and zero touchdowns across 16 appearances.
