Moore agreed Tuesday to sign with the Eagles' practice squad, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.
Per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Moore will eventually be promoted to the Eagles' 53-man roster and will receive a one-year, $3 million deal. A 2021 Pro Bowl selection, Moore spent most of his past nine seasons in Indianapolis as a slot corner, but he's expected to see snaps both at that position and at safety once he joins the Eagles.
