Hogan signed with the Titans' practice squad Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
The addition of Hogan comes after the team had fellow quarterback Logan Woodside signed off their practice squad by the Falcons. The former spent time with the Titans last season, so he should be familiar with the system and give them an emergency option behind Ryan Tannehill and Malik Willis.
