The 49ers signed Hodge to the practice squad Monday.
The 49ers waived Hodge with an injury settlement Oct. 1 after the wide receiver suffered a knee injury during Week 3. Hodge now returns as a healthy addition to a 49ers team dealing with injuries to key wide receivers such as Mike Evans (Achilles), Deebo Samuel (hamstring), Demarcus Robinson (ankle) and De'Zhaun Stribling (ankle).
