The Jets waived/injured Jonathan (thigh) on Tuesday.
Jonathan will now be subject to waivers, and if he clears will revert to the Jets' injured reserve list. The defensive end will then spend the entirety of the 2026 season on injured reserve unless he is waived with an injury settlement.
