The Titans waived Philips (hamstring) from injured reserve Thursday with an injury settlement, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Philips has dealt with multiple injuries since being selected by the Titans in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Once healthy, he'll look to catch on with a team looking to add depth to its wide receiver corps.
