Rowan was signed to Denver's practice squad Tuesday, Aric DiLalla of the the Broncos' official website reports.
Rowan will return to Denver after being cut from the team's practice squad Dec. 2. The wide receiver has yet to make his professional debut after signing with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent in May.
