Simmons worked out with the Cowboys on Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Simmons has seemingly recovered from the undisclosed injury that landed him on Arizona's injured reserve in August before subsequently being waived with a settlement. The 27-year-old has not appeared in a regular-season game since 2021 but will look to catch on with Dallas.
