Perine was cut from the Packers' practice squad Tuesday.
Perine signed with Green Bay's practice squad Aug. 30 after he was waived by the Steelers during roster cuts. The Florida product has seen action with the Jets in the past and most recently with the Chiefs for five regular-season games in 2023, where he had 77 yards on 22 carries and three receptions for 33 yards.
